Just got my new crossbody bag and I’m so impressed! Super stylish and the perfect size, not too bulky, but still surprisingly roomy. I love the design and the little zip up pocket adds a nice touch for organizing small items. Would love to see even more color options in the future.

色もデザインもとても気に入っています。また、防水なので雨や汗を気にせず使えます。他の色も欲しくなりました。ただ、なぜか正規品登録コードが使用済みと出て、公式サイトに登録が出来ません。公式サイトでの購入なので正規品であるはずですが、日本には中国からの発送のようなので不安を感じています。

Q: How can I clean this bag?

A: Hi Esther! The material for your Heritage Mini Messenger is 73% Recycled Polyester and 27% TPU. Regarding cleaning, we do not recommend machine wash as some bags have metal fittings that may damage your machine. If necessary, you can wash the bag by hand but do not leave the backpack to soak for too long. You can also opt to just wipe any dirty spots with a light and soft cloth, dampened with slightly soapy water. We do not recommend dry-cleaning your bag.
