    It's pretty and it's just as I imagined, but it's not a little bigger than 13 inches, but it's a lot bigger! And the clasp part is uncomfortable because it doesn't adapt. It's inconvenient because there are only two areas to organize inside. I don't know if it's because it's a new bag, but the length adjustment automatically stretches every time I wear the bag, and the part that fixes the strap is loose. When I put my hand in the smaller zipper storage of the two zipper parts on the outside, it hurts because it is rubbed by the zipper. Overall, I am satisfied with the design, but I think I will buy it for a handbag rather than a backpack because of this inconvenience.

    I am happy to have my Heritage 13 Backpack. It looks excellent and is convenient for my work/personal stuff. I like the design and the material it is made of. The only thing is the inner pocket is a bit small for my laptop. I have Mac Air’13. I wish to have it a bit bigger or higher. Other than that, everything is perfect.
