a nicely made briefcase

bought a black one for my husband and I loved it so much and got a grey one for myself. great customer service I have to say, very patiently replying all my questions. One recommendation is maybe the luggage strap, would have been a big plus!

Q: Could you tell me if the internal laptop sleeve features a "false bottom" (meaning the sleeve is suspended and doesn't touch the very bottom of the bag)? I want to make sure that if I place the bag down on the floor, or if it accidentally drops, there is enough clearance or bottom padding so that the edge of my laptop doesn't take the direct impact from the ground. Thank you in advance for your help!

A: Hi Shakaur, The internal laptop sleeve does not feature a traditional false bottom, so it is not fully suspended above the bottom of the bag. However, the sleeve itself is cushioned and provides padding around the laptop. The cushioning also extends around the bottom area, so the laptop does not sit directly against the harder bottom of the bag. It helps to cushion and protect the laptop within the sleeve. Kind regards, Gaston Luga Customer Service
