    A fantastic bag overall, with plentiful space, sleek, stylish, discrete and simple. Nevertheless, there may be improvements to be made on the front zippers - I thought they were for a different storage, but they are to access the main bag. A separate front pocket for small things would be invaluable. The inner pocket could also maybe be changed. Currently, if things are put there, the entrance to the bag becomes easily obstructed, which makes difficult to place stuff inside the bag. It could facilitate to make the inner pocket deeper or create an inner, vertical separation on the bag wall (so that volume doesn't interfere with the width of the opening). I have also found that the side pockets are too tight to even place a pencil case, much less a water bottle, so I am not using them. This is small feedback that could perhaps improve its usability, overall I'm very happy with the bag. Thank you for making such a great product with superb lifelong support!

    Really love this bag, it holds everything you could possibly need to take with you. Very smart functions with passport compartment, laptop compartment, etc. I like that you can open a zipper on the front of the bag to access the things at the bottom, instead of having to open from the top. Padded and wide shoulder straps, which make it comfortable to carry the bag despite a lot of packing.

    I don't like designs that emphasize the brand, so I like them because they are simple and have a nice texture. The only thing I thought was that the zippers on both sides of the bottom surface had individual pockets, so I was disappointed, but I would like to purchase more.

    I bought the black one and have been using it for about 4 months. Due to fingerprints, oil, and other dirt, as well as fading, the overall finish is dull and whitish. The scratched areas are also white. Can I clean it with a mild detergent and a wet towel? I'm concerned about fading and drying, but is it better not to apply oil or the like?

    Hi there! Regarding cleaning, we do not recommend machine wash as some backpacks have metal fittings that may damage your machine. If necessary, you can wash the bag by hand but do not leave the backpack to soak for too long. You can also opt to just wipe any dirty spots with a light and soft cloth, dampened with slightly soapy water. We do not recommend dry-cleaning your backpack.
