Very nice bag
Loved it! One of the best bags I have ever had. Gorgeous design, very practical, definitelly water resistant(survived a lot of rain). Do not get dirty, ligt scrub and and all dirt comes of very easilly. Love that it can become very big in seconds. Buying second bag like this to give as a present to my mom. Thank you!

A fantastic bag overall, with plentiful space, sleek, stylish, discrete and simple. Nevertheless, there may be improvements to be made on the front zippers - I thought they were for a different storage, but they are to access the main bag. A separate front pocket for small things would be invaluable. The inner pocket could also maybe be changed. Currently, if things are put there, the entrance to the bag becomes easily obstructed, which makes difficult to place stuff inside the bag. It could facilitate to make the inner pocket deeper or create an inner, vertical separation on the bag wall (so that volume doesn't interfere with the width of the opening). I have also found that the side pockets are too tight to even place a pencil case, much less a water bottle, so I am not using them. This is small feedback that could perhaps improve its usability, overall I'm very happy with the bag. Thank you for making such a great product with superb lifelong support!

Bag that saved my head
I was riding my bike a few days ago with this bag on my shoulders. Unfortunatelly a few moments later I was hit by a car and landed on the ground(did not wear a helmet). Luckily bag landed just between my head and pavement and saved me from potential serious head injury. Thank you for making such a sturdy bag like this, very thankful I had it with me. Just a shame I have to buy a new one now, old was destroyed by the accident. I was riding my bike a few days ago with this bag on my shoulders.
