Q: I bought the black one and have been using it for about 4 months. Due to fingerprints, oil, and other dirt, as well as fading, the overall finish is dull and whitish. The scratched areas are also white. Can I clean it with a mild detergent and a wet towel? I'm concerned about fading and drying, but is it better not to apply oil or the like?

A: Hi there! Regarding cleaning, we do not recommend machine wash as some backpacks have metal fittings that may damage your machine. If necessary, you can wash the bag by hand but do not leave the backpack to soak for too long. You can also opt to just wipe any dirty spots with a light and soft cloth, dampened with slightly soapy water. We do not recommend dry-cleaning your backpack. Q: Can the water bottle fit on the outside or inside? Side paddings in the picture look like pockets or is it only a design sleep on the sides?
