Now on to unfiltered constructive feedback based on my opinion. My original backpack was Tumi backpack. From this transition, it felt like there were fewer pockets. If you can find ways to add in a few useful pockets while maintaining a minimalistic look it may be a good idea. Also something like a pocket string to attach keychains would be nice. The side pockets were quite tight. Maybe adding a knit or stretch kind of material to the sides could add space for like water bottles for instance while maintaining sleek bag design. In terms of maintenance, I'm still keeping an eye on whether it will be hard to clean the bag. Also keeping an eye on strength after using it for a while. For the clip mechanism when closing the bag, it took a little bit of getting used to, but I'm fine with it because I like the design and the clip doesn't easily come off since the top flap of the bag has a tendency to flap backwards.
